Each time our engineers carry out any form of service, be it a maintenance or empty (which is usually known as a "de-sludge") we will complete a thorough check and record everything within your service file. Then you can just sit back and put it out of your mind, as our team will contact you before your next service is due. This is really important, not just for making sure that any warranties remain valid, but also for demonstrating a great track record in looking after your drainage system if you should ever come to sell your property.
Entering into a service agreement with Binder is hassle free and means your treatment plant will always be cared for correctly. Customers have the opportunity to opt out of any service they wish to cancel and we also offer a discount on all maintenance visits for customers with an agreement, making it the most reliable, cost efficient way to deal with waste.
